Cancellation policies:
Cancellation of reservations with a term longer than 45 days (including at check-in time) 100% refundable.
Cancellation of minimum reservation of 45 days and up to 15 days (including at time of check in) 50% refundable.
Cancellation of reservation less than 15 days – non refundable.
Animal Fees:
Always refundable 100% in case of cancellation.
Security deposit: refundable 100% in case of cancellation.
Security: any damage that has a cost higher than the value of the caution is entirely the responsibility of the client.
